Our Story
The Tipsy Heifer is the dream-come-true project of Luke and Delphine Failla, proud parents of three who made the bold leap from farming life into the pub game.
After years working the land and dreaming about creating the perfect country bar, they found their calling right here in beautiful Willow Grove. What started as a big family dream has become Gippsland's most welcoming gastro pub, where that innocent-looking front door opens up to something truly special.
The move from farming to running a country pub wasn't easy, but Luke and Delphine's passion for bringing people together over great food and cold drinks made it all worthwhile. They wanted a place that felt like home, where mates could catch up over a beer and families could enjoy a proper meal without breaking the bank. Since opening, they're still pinching themselves at how well the community has embraced it.
