1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Responsible Service of Alcohol

3. Bookings and Cancellations

- We request 24 hours notice for cancellations
- Large group bookings (10+) may require deposit

- Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove patrons

- No outside food or beverages except pre-approved birthday cakes

- Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited with zero tolerance
5. Payment Terms
- All prices include GST
- We accept cash, EFTPOS, and major credit cards
- Split bills available for groups under 10
- 10% surcharge applies on public holidays
- Tips/gratuities are welcome but not required
6. Function Terms
- Function bookings require signed agreement
- Deposits may be required and are non-refundable for late cancellations
- Final numbers required 48 hours prior
- Minimum spend may apply for exclusive use
7. Liability Limitations
- We’re not liable for lost or stolen property
- Patrons enter at their own risk
- Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising minors
- We maintain public liability insurance as required by law
8. Food Safety and Allergens
- We comply with Food Act 1984 (Vic) and Food Standards Code
- While we take care with allergen requests, we cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation due to shared kitchen facilities
- Please inform staff of allergies when ordering
9. CCTV and Security
- CCTV operates on premises for security
- Footage may be provided to police if required
- Incidents may be reported to relevant authorities

- Our logo, content, and materials are protected by copyright
- No reproduction without written permission
- Guest photos may be used for marketing with consent
